Development Director
Antony Tilney
Antony draws on 25 years of experience in the property industry, from investment, portfolio management and development. His extensive and diverse property knowledge enables Antony to select strategic and profitable projects.
Construction Director
Kurt Morris
Kurt has a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 20 years experience in construction and development, having sourced and built out many sites, large and small. Kurt has built close to a hundred new homes and commercial units, having developed sites as the owner and as a main contractor Kurt has seen it all.
Interior Designer
Melanie Pexton
Mel's on trend and up to the minute designs are giving Tilney Morris Homes the edge when they come to the open market. To date all developments have been successfully sold, some at higher than projected prices (in difficult market conditions) this is a direct result of the inspiring and thoughtful designs.
Lead Architect
Maciej Kubala
With a wide range of experience gained over the last 10 years from running a design studio and project management in Poland, followed by large school and care home projects to high end housing design.
Land Buyer
Rory Grigg
Rory began his career in property at the tender age of 20 as a trainee negotiator at a small independent Estate Agency on Guildford High Street. Having sold everything from studio flats to mansions on St Georges Hill, Rory stepped into the world of Land Management in 2015 and has never looked back. Priding himself on straightforward, honest advice, Rory loves the challenging and diverse roll of assembling development sites as no two days are the same.

Corinna Lucy
Corinna brings great experience in the property market. Corinna is responsible for managing our expanding property portfolio managing over 100 HMO rooms and deals with all the maintenance.

Finance
We collaborate with Close Brothers Property Finance and other esteemed Challenger banks, such as Bank of Jordan. Additionally, we have established partnerships with a select group of private investors.
FKA Construction
Tilney Morris Homes works closely with FKA Construction to carry out the onsite construction works.
